Service-based policies for ZOZX LLC. For questions, contact support@zozx.gg.

Terms of Service

By purchasing or using ZOZX LLC services, you agree to these terms.

  • Scope: Work is based on the agreed scope. Extra requests may require a new quote.
  • Client responsibilities: You provide necessary assets/content and timely feedback to avoid delays.
  • Delivery: Timelines are estimates and depend on scope and client response times.
  • Payment: Projects may require a deposit and milestone payments as agreed.
  • Ownership: After full payment, you own delivered work files unless otherwise stated.
  • Third-party services: Hosting, domains, plugins, and paid tools are billed separately by providers.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what’s necessary to communicate and deliver services.

  • Data collected: name, email, and project details you send us.
  • Use: communication, quoting, project delivery, and support.
  • Sharing: we do not sell your data. We share only if required for delivery (e.g., hosting setup) or legal reasons.
  • Security: we take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method is 100% secure.
  • Contact: request data access/deletion by emailing support@zozx.gg.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because services involve time and labor, refunds depend on project stage.

  • Before work starts: full refund (minus non-refundable processing fees, if any).
  • After work starts: partial refund may apply based on completed milestones and time spent.
  • Delivered work: once final deliverables are provided, refunds are generally not available.
  • Cancellations: you can cancel anytime; we’ll invoice for completed work to date.
  • Delays: prolonged client inactivity may pause timelines; we will coordinate next steps by email.
For refund requests, email support@zozx.gg with your project details.
